Pink Heart Jewelry Holder, Ceramic Dish with Gold Accents
Hearts are used to express love, faith, courage and the essence of emotional connection. This delicate pink heart is created with a nasturtium leaf- I love nasturtium leaves for their intricate patterning, and they are the perfect choice for this design because the nasturtium plant returns to the garden year after year with humble beauty and dependable reliability.
These ceramic jewelry holders are one-of-a-kind pieces made completely by hand, with leaf imprints unique to each dish. The beautiful leaf is hand painted and the dish is accented with real 22kt gold applied to the rim by hand. I create every piece individually in my California studio.
The ceramic dish is kiln fired 2200 degrees F for full vitrification and a beautiful glossy finish. Real gold is added by a special process for ceramics and the dish is fired a third time to bond the gold.
Measures approximately 5 inches across. Each dish is made individually by hand from real leaves - please allow organic variations in patterning and color.
