Refund policy
Please be sure to examine all the item photos, dimensions, and descriptions before ordering, and feel free to ask me any questions via my contact page before ordering.
I price my items so that they are accessible to anyone who loves handmade ceramics. Shipping fees are included in the price charged, and as you can guess, handmade art that takes hours and days and weeks to create has a very small profit margin. I hope to avoid all unnecessary returns. I am a one person operation and handling any returns would take precious time away from my art (and take the opportunity away for someone else to purchase that one-of-a-kind piece). That said, my priority is your happiness and that is why I create and sell my art.
I have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return or ask any questions, please contact me first via my contact page. The customer will pay for return shipping costs and be responsible for shipping the item back (only via USPS Priority mail with tracking after approval of the return) and in the same condition as it was received. When I receive the item, I will refund you the cost of the item minus the original shipping fee that was included in the item price.
Damages and issues
I make an extra effort to make sure your items are packed safely and double boxed, but in the case your item arrives damaged, please send me a photo of the damage together with the packaging within 7 days of receiving it. We will need to work together to submit a claim to USPS.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible since my items are typically one of a kind.
Wrong Item Received
First of all, I am very sorry for mixing up your order. Please contact me right away and I will find a way to resolve the mixup and make things right.
Customs returns: If you are an international customer and your customs office returns the package to me because you have refused to pay the GST/VAT taxes required by your government, I will not refund shipping and I will charge you a 30% restocking fee when accepting your return. It is clearly stated upon checkout that you maybe required to pay VAT/GST upon arrival, depending on your government's customs regulations.
Cancellations
I usually ship packages the same day or next day after I receive an order. Please contact me right away via my website contact form. If I am able to cancel the order before it leaves my hands, I will do so. Otherwise I cannot accept the cancellation.
